Bill earned an M.A. from Columbia University and was a classroom teacher.  He joined the church in 2004 and has served on the Board of Christian Outreach and as a Deacon, Moderator, and Clerk.  He and his wife, Neville, have two children – Dan and Jenn – and four grandchildren – Gray, Sid, William, and Henry.
